Stephen has an eclectic background in the fields of management and consulting. He has worked as an Operations Manager and as a Human Resources professional for a Fortune 500 company. He has also acted as an internal and external organizational consultant to clients from diverse enterprises such as financial services, government, educational, non-profit, and for profit organizations.

He is particularly adept at working with small groups to enhance their effectiveness. Additionally, he has consulted with individual clients to help them develop their personal/professional effectiveness and career direction.

Stephen has been studying and working in the field of organizational development for a number of years. He has completed the Organizational Development program at the NTL Institute for Applied and Behavioral Science. He has also completed the Small Systems program at the Gestalt International Study Center and is a member of that organization. He is a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator practitioner, and a member of the Association of Psychological Type. He is licensed to administer and interpret the Leadership Effectiveness Analysis and Predictive Index assessments.

Stephen holds a Master of Arts from Concordia University, Faculty of Applied Human Sciences, which focused on human systems interventions. He is also a graduate from the University of New England with a Bachelor of Science. He has also studied Clinical Counseling at the graduate level at the University of Maine.
